Creamed honey is sometimes called spun honey or whipped honey. In reality, it is a batch of honey forced to "granulate", by thoroughly mixing in a seed stock of specially selected, previously granulated honey and mixing it over several days to properly disperse the honey crystals, so that they can multiply. Then it is stored in a cooler at optimum temperature while it cures. This product is 100% natural. The smooth texture of the seed stock leads to a nicely textured product that enhances the flavor. Great on crackers, biscuits or bread - or directly from the spoon. To truly treat yourself, try it on a toasted English muffin with melted butter! Also great in coffee or tea.
